Transitions Process

The sale of a business can take years and the preparation should be well considered before entering into the transition process.  Once we fully understand the reasons for selling, we can help you to increase the value of your business by

* identifying gaps relative to your current position and key success factors

* assisting with the creation and execution of action plans to improve

* focusing on all seven drivers of EBITDA

* insuring that your business has the documentation, support materials and data necessary to withstand the acquisitions due diligence of your potential buyer.

Our proprietary multi-point comprehensive guidelines direct the operations and ensures that no variable for success is left out of the process.

Acquisitions Process

Due diligence is the process of evaluating a business from all aspects before making a purchase decision.  It is our job to work with the purchaser of a business to identify potential liabilities, negative financial discoveries and post-closing surprises.  As part of this process, we will:

* examine all business records and documents including but not limited to sales agreements, purchase agreements, asset liens, business plans, goals, objectives and all financials

* identify potential areas for litigation

* interview current management team, decision makers and employees

* check sales against customer lists for verification

* assess the property, facilities, fixtures and equipment for transparency in reporting

* evaluate marketing potential and conduct a competitive analysis for the product line and brand

Our multi-faceted and comprehensive analysis of a potential acquisition will cover all aspects of the health of a company and the possible risks to the buyer.

Proprietary 15-Stage Process

We have developed a proprietary 15-stage process for improving business performance.  When we work with a client, we bring this important tool to evaluate many different factors of their environment - from leadership and team building to best practices for operations.  This approach is what differentiates us from other companies promising to improve your bottom line.
